Madoka can be quite complex, beginning with his upfront personality from being raised in a criminal syndicate. He enjoyed English lessons, which ultimately helped in skinning his Japanese accent to a bare minimum when he does speak English. When confronted at first, Madoka may seem a bit distant and over-formal, but once you get to know him he can be quite light-hearted and very open. Madoka was born as the heir to Inagawa-Kai, Japan's third largest criminal syndicate. Having such a responsibility as the heir made experiencing a real childhood difficult, having been put through rigorous training as a spy and in martial arts. He spent his teenage years acting as a loose hitman for his syndicate but later became over-bared with the guilt of the lives he had taken. When he arrived in Los Angeles at the age of 22, Madoka changed his last name to Raiden to keep himself under the radar. Though, there were a few others, like his advisor, who made the transition overseas with him. He habitually calls Madoka "waka" (for young master). Madoka moved to Los Angeles to take over as a 化け調 or "investigator" who works for his father. He collects information and cleans up after his father's henchmen. Having moved to LA, Madoka somehow bumped into a dyslexic Journalist named Lore Belrose. Being well-off his entire life, Madoka had reached out to offer her to live with him for a short time until she was able to get back on her feet. Though he didn't expect her to be in charge of a journaling blog, having lost her job at the Los Angeles Times, and she needed help carrying on her passion as a writer-- making Madoka her editor. Madoka also sees the good in other people and tries his best to keep innocent civilians out of harm's way as much as possible. Under the RABBIT alias, Madoka also can be seen doing this by offering help at no price or charge. | |||||||||
