Short version: Lucy grew up in Russia with her father and mother until she was 8 due to her father dying. Her mother and her moved to England, she became an abusive drunk and beat Lucy down mentally whenever she did something wrong or failed at something, causing her to feel like she couldn’t do anything right. After settling down she met Allen Farley, they became best friends very fast. Lucy’s mother died when she was 13 from cancer, leaving the young girl without a place to go as she had no other relatives, but Allen stepped in and his family welcomed her with open arms, initially bringing her into the family business aswell; Conning and thieving high value items from high valued people.(like spies hue) The two became professionals(and lovers) in no time, and by 17 they began to travel the world together, setting out to steal from the rich and famous to the heavily armed and evil throughout many different countries.(21 during this) After a few years they decided to take a break and visit Los Angeles as Allen had always wanted to live there after visiting when he was younger, he loved the city. While walking back to the hotel at night Lucy stepped out into the street, the light was red, but a driver wasn’t paying attention. About to hit Lucy, Allen pushed her out of the way of the car, causing himself to be hit and die soon after. Lucy held him in her arms as he passed, crying and yelling out, his blood practically staining her pale skin.(This being why she freaks about blood) He was buried in one of Los Angeles’ cemeteries and Lucy left for two years, tying up loose ends and completing unfinished tasks before returning to Los Angeles, moving into a penthouse the couple had been looking at in the past, now settling down in the city that he loved.
